Here is a website that is an excellent resource for learning clarinet scales. They cover the gamut of the instrument, so they're very helpful.

Notice at the bottom of the page they have a link for a PDF download that you can print. It is four pages and contains all of the major and minor scales for clarinet.
(Don't forget to learn your chromatic scale in three octaves!)
