Ok, I should have thought this out before hand but.... I entered the parts for a couple of pieces and I have way too many pages. PrintMusic made 7 pages and the orginal parts are 3-4 pages long. How can I condense this now that's its been entered. I know how to use the train/mover thingie but that's way too tedious. Is there some way to go in and change the page setup? Book isn't helpful and my few working brain cells aren't making the connection. Hate for y''all to be flipping pages constantly (one of those parts is a tenor sax). Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm not familiar with the program (or any music writing software for that matter), but can you do something to the effect of selecting all (ctrl-a), then change the font size? I'm not sure if that's even feasible with the program.

Another thing to try might be some sort of layout options/preferences?

Who makes the software?

I may be able to help you. There is a way to use the page layout tool to make the staves closer together. You can also use the Fit Music command to put as many measures on a staff as you want. Naturally, if you put too many, you won't be able to read the music. I usually put 5-6 measures per stave. I hope this helps.
lena, thanks for the input. I was able to get help with this and reconfigured the measures. I didn't realize the dynamics didn't reconfigure when I smooshed measures. Live and learn. Next time before I start a piece, I'll know to set the measures first. Beth
