I was a big fan of the first season of lost, then it kind of slowed down. But now i think the best show on television is Heroes!!! If you are a fan of comic book movies then this movie will surly please!! The season starts out with these people who realize that they are all different. But what i love about this show, is that instead of asking themselves how? they got their powers, the wonder why they got their powers. Some of the many characters in the series include a flying senate candidate, a hospice who can absorb other peoples powers, a cheerleader who cant get hurt cause of her regeneration ability, an artist who can paint the future, a Japanese cubicle worker who can bend time and space, an erotic dancer with "Split" personalities, a police officer who can hear peoples thoughts, and the Evil SYLER , who "Understands how people work" and kills them to take their ability....there are many more and each one contributes their part into the story line.
Since next monday (5/21/07) is the season finale..i would recommend buying the first season on dvd when it comes out in august.
But the main plot of the entire season starts in episode one where all the "heroes" are learning their ability, and the artist who can paint the future (Isiac Mendez) in his sleep, draws a gigantic picture all over his floor of a nuclear bomb and his last words are.."We have to stop it".....and through out the episodes the heroes meet in odd situations and come together to stop the bomb....i would really recommend this show cause there is no show like it
I'm a fan of Smallville too...this sounds similar, except more original.
