Happy New Year to all,
I hope everyone had a great holiday and are ready to get back to the routine. I also hope you all made a New Year resolution to make as many Band rehearsals and events as possible this year. We resume rehearsal this Tuesday, January 8, at 7:00 pm. We will begin working on the Spring Concert. The Concert will be held on March 9th at Arcadia High School. A theme will be announced soon. Please come out and and bring someone with you.
We are in the process of negotiating a lease for space at the newly named "Onancock Community and Cultural Campus". This means we will have to begin paying rent. We would like to do some fund raising events throughout the year to meet our obligations and grow our Band. We welcome ideas and volunteers to make these dreams real. Please help spread the word and remember we need not only musicians, but other volunteers to assist with the many needs of operating a Community Band. It's a great family activity and a way to meet and make new friends.
Remember, this is your band, and would like your input and enthusiasm.
